Covenantal God

When the bow is in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is on the earth.

Genesis 9:16

New Year 2024, and somehow I didn’t have anything to offer. There is no vision, no dream, no bible verse, no insight or whatsoever. It is not that I don’t know or I don’t have. It’s just that something is lacking somewhere, and I cannot name it.

The view, gigantic full swing of rainbow on night sky, when I least expected it, blew my heart away. There God spoke to me in the deepest level.

That He is there.
That He understands.
That He knows.
That He cares.
That everything will be alright.
Whatever will happen, He has everything, beginning till the end, under His control.

The beauty of the rainbow.
The brightness of its light.
The splendor of its color.
And the freshness of the tickling drop of rains from the sky.
When all is calm and quiet.

We can't help but struck in awe.
How Great God is.

One thing about God that I love very much.
That He is a covenantal God.
Meaning He made promises, and He keeps His promises.
And His promises lasts throughout generations.
No power whatsoever could break His promises.
They all Yes and Amen in the Lord Jesus.
Thank You God for Jesus.

The message for me.
The message for my family.
The message of hope.
For those who fear God.
That God remembers.
He remembers every person, every details, every stories.
And He will do it again.

Come Lord Jesus.
