Hehehe, these days the weather are really unpredictable
Sunny on one day, rainy on the following day
similarly my mood…
up, down, up, down, …
perhaps my mind also, left, right, left, right, …
swang between two state of hope and hopelesness
maybe it’s me that control the weather ? hehehehe ….
anyway, when my spirit is high … go forth
exercise helps to maintain my energy level high
looking at little children also boosts my spirit
