Thank God for today, i enjoyed one of the most memorable New Year.<\/p>\n

My little girl fell ill on 30th Dec, and because of that, i learnt to trust God for her life. In the past, i got so worried if anything happened to her. This time round, I could trust God better. He knows and does what’s the best.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Many plans being cancelled as result. And in there too, I learnt to accept things. Instead pushing my way, I learnt to enjoy every moment. Instead of feeling frustrated and finding way to go around it, I simply be there, make use of every moments…be it reading devotion, or praying, or thinking deeper about life.<\/p>\n

How i am thankful that indeed I was blessed much in return. I learnt to yield every moments to Jesus, for otherwise, small things could lead to sin and destruction. Instead, when surrendered to God, even bad things could turn out for something good. There are times when i wanted to shout, because the whole week seems like a non-productive. I just mop the floor, clean the tables, do the laundry, hang the clothes, changing diapers, throwing rubbish. Instead doing things to learn new things, advance business, deepen my knowledge, meeting people, doing “real work”.<\/p>\n

And today, we called my sister. For first time, she & her husband got to see our daughter. We had good talk…thanks to Google for the Hangout. And i thank God for the time given. Looking forward to see them in person.<\/p>\n

Also, today is deserved celebration because my wife finally resolved in her heart regardless having another child. I was speechless when she prayed in the train, surrendering the matter to God. I hoped she would prayed and told me in secret. But she prayed publicly inside the train. That’s my wife, a very brave woman. I am very lucky man.<\/p>\n

Also, the Lord been so good, her glasses was fixed and we don’t have to pay extra. This morning, she screamed loudly, and I worried if something bad happened to our girl. Later i found out that she screamed because our girl broke her new glasses. So this morning was quite a bad morning, as this probably the last thing we wished to happen, on day after New Year, when our girl about to get well, and i already took my leave to spend with my family…now we need to get the glasses repaired, and went through the hassle. But thank God, He answered our prayers, it was fixed.<\/p>\n

This year, our theme: Faith, Hope, and Love.<\/p>\n

May this be year that we grow in Faith, Hope, and Love. Just beginning of the year, and we encountered so many things to destroy those values. We really need Jesus & Holy Spirit to hold on, and deliver us from the evil one.<\/p>\n
