Tonight, after Reunion Dinner, we went home, and as usual, we read bible for our family devotion.
\nPauls’ last words were our devotion for past 3 days. And today, he quoted what Jesus taught (interestingly not recorded in any the gospels): “It is more blessed to give than to receive”.<\/p>\n

I commented, how different that would make if christians more following it today. After so many years, I am reminded refresh…that life is about how much we give…not so much how much we gain.
\nAnd the blessedness that comes through giving……..it’s God’s promise and we know all his promises are true and amen.
\nIf only we do it, then we experience the blessedness.<\/p>\n

It’s further strengthened by my mum story tonite.
\nShe got a helper…when it’s almost impossible to get one.
\nThe prayer i offered a week earlier, to be honest, i was not sure myself…
\nI just hit and wish for the best
\nBut the Lord showed me that He is able
\nAnd He is Faithful. He doesn’t change.
\nHe still answer prayers…and make sure all His promises fulfilled.<\/p>\n
