As parents, we think a lot for our children. Often we struggle because we don’t know the future, and we don’t know what will be best. Who do we listen to?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This afternoon, I decided to bring the girls to see doctor. Because they started not feeling well on Monday, and today on Friday, they are still sick and do not seem getting well sooner. Just to bring them seeing doctor, but already I made a couple of many other decisions; like what time to go (avoiding peak times), then what time is lunch, where do we eat our lunch, how many hours should I take leave from work, how could I still being responsible and do my work, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Thank God that things work out nicely for us. We went out to Sushi place for lunch (because that’s what both girls wanted to have for lunch). And we went to Asian grocer to get some herbal drinks for their throats. Thank God because everything in the same place, and I don’t have to drive to another place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I asked them,”if you’re hungry, what food do you want to eat?” My eldest answered me, that she wanted to have pasta. And I told her, we need to finish the soup that I cooked first, then we can cook pasta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Before dinner, our door bell rang, and I was so shocked to see my boss stood in front the door. She brought with her so many bags of food. I never thought someone so kind to take our needs seriously. Life has been really tough with me alone taking care the children and working at the same time. It becomes incredibly difficult when both of them fell sick. Not only they couldn’t help me with household chores, but I need more time to care for them. And here my boss came to me and helped me with a lot of food and groceries. May the Lord bless her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But what touched my heart the most is, among all the food she brought to us, there’s a big chicken pasta. I told my daughter, “see how God answered your prayer.” Indeed He is God who knows our hearts, and gives more abundantly than what we can think or ask.
