As I was reading the gospel of Luke, I can’t miss the occurrences of Holy Spirit being mentioned at every turns and corners. In these short verses, Holy Spirit was mentioned again and again. Here what I meant:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He will baptize you with\u00a0the Holy Spirit<\/strong> and fire. (3:16)<\/pre>\n\n\n\n
And as he [Jesus] was praying,\u00a0heaven was opened and the Holy Spiri<\/em>t descended on him<\/strong>\u00a0in bodily form like a dove. (3:21-22)<\/pre>\n\n\n\n
Jesus, full of<\/strong> the Holy Spirit<\/em>,\u00a0left the Jordan\u00a0and was led by<\/strong> the Spirit<\/em>\u00a0into the wilderness. (4:1)<\/pre>\n\n\n\n
Jesus returned to Galilee\u00a0in the power<\/strong> of<\/strong> the Spirit<\/em>, and news about him spread through the whole countryside. (4:14)<\/pre>\n\n\n\n
The Spirit<\/em> of the Lord is on me<\/strong>,\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0because he has anointed me ... (4:18)<\/pre>\n\n\n\n
As I reflect on Paul’s letter to church in Ephesus, where apparently there was dealing with black magic and sorceries:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Finally, be strong in the Lord\u00a0and in his mighty power.\u00a0Put on the full armor of God,\u00a0so that you can take your stand against the devil\u2019s schemes.\u00a0For our struggle is not against flesh and blood,\u00a0but against the rulers, against the authorities,\u00a0against the powers\u00a0of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>Ephesians 6:10-12<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Hence I can’t helped but to plead with God to fill me with His mighty Spirit. Paul and his companion Luke is fully aware of this. Beginning with the first Adam and the second Adam; Israel, we all would fail in the places that God has placed us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Unless by the power of His Spirit, we have no chance to stand firm again the spiritual forces; unseen by our human eyes, but the cause of downfall of many man & woman of God. From seemingly trivial issues to big issues of daily life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fall fresh on me O Holy Spirit, and fill me with Your Presence, so I might stand firm every day to lift up the name of Jesus. And grant me boldness to speak as I should.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
