I notice this from the early age of my second girl, and today she is still the same. It kind worry me that it would continue to be there as she’s growing up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I always thought that children is trusting. They trust easily. They trust their parents, and other adults. Only in later years they develop questionings. But my girl, from very young already not trusting in what I asked her to do. There’s one time we’re walking and there’s a small opening on the footpath. I know she could walk over it. So holding to her hands, I asked her to walk over it. Yet she refused to do so, and avoided the hole altogether.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Today, when we walk together, when she sees danger, instead of running to me or asking for my protection, she is running herself out away from me. I am not sure if it’s a matter of her trust (which I thought it’s there by default or supposed to grow over time), or something else like personalities, etc?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
